- Copies of documents sent by you such as proof of residence, bank details or copy of an identity document, generally used to prove your registration or validate your identity.
How do we use your personal data?
We use personal data to ensure quality service and a better experience when purchasing. We list below the purposes for which we may use your personal data:
- Provide Users with an electronic environment through which Users can obtain more information about Lunettic’s products and services, in addition to obtaining detailed information about the company;
- Enable the formalization of the purchase of a product and/or contracting a service through our digital channels
- Enable the delivery, collection and/or return of products purchased through the Website, App or WhatsApp Channel;
- Provide and improve customer service to Holders, which may involve various activities related to the products purchased and/or the services contracted. Such activities include, but are not limited to, registering a new password on the Website, generating and issuing invoices, exchanging or returning products, processing complaints, suggestions or questions about products, services and/or relationship and loyalty programs. and rewards etc.;
- Contact the Customer to inform them about the processing of their orders and requests, as well as to inform them about offers, programs, sweepstakes or promotions from Lunettic or its commercial partners;
- Manage your participation in relationship, loyalty and rewards programs established by Lunettic and granting benefits related to such programs;
- Contact the Holders to send information about:

- Improve the commercial and promotional initiatives of Lunettic and its commercial partners, relationship, loyalty and rewards programs with the Holder, as well as improve our offer of personalized content and products that may interest the Holders, which may include the development of marketing campaigns on social networks and
- Classify and group Holder information, as well as consolidate statistical data regarding them, including to define the composition of the User base of the Website, the App, the WhatsApp Channel and the volume of traffic on our servers.
Who can we share personal data with?
Lunettic may share your personal data with relevant third parties or business partners for the purposes of enabling the use of Lunettic platforms by Users, developing and improving Users’ experience at Lunettic, including offering new products and/or enabling provision of services to the Customer. Said sharing occurs based on the following criteria and for the purposes described below:
a) Service providers or commercial partners: We may share your personal data with service providers or commercial partners contracted by Lunettic for the purposes of: (i) providing software, anti-fraud systems and/or tools for Customer management; (ii) processing of transactions by credit card or other payment methods; (iii) generating leads, prospecting customers and developing marketing actions; (iv) provision of sales, customer support and logistical services for orders placed through the Website, the App, the WhatsApp Channel; and (v) management and improvement of the Website, App and WhatsApp Channel. Such agents receive your personal data for the specific purpose of providing services to Lunettic and do not have any rights to use your data outside of this hypothesis;
